Booking

You can book treatments at my treatment room or a mobile treatment in your home.

You can book your appointment by e-mail, phone or accessing the Booking button or the Online booking button.

Mobile bookings are done by email or phone.

Online booking is done by Cliniko and only available for the treatment room appointments.

For your booking I need some of your personal data (full name, e-mail address or phone number, address, post code).

In case of groups or multiple bookings a booking deposit (£80/group/day) is needed that will be deducted from the final amount. This deposit is refundable if the client cancels or reschedules the booking at least 48 hours before the appointment.

If the therapist cancels the booking a new date will be offered or the deposit will be refunded entirely.

In case of an individual booking, cancellation should be made at least 48 hours before the appointment.

Each treatment is designed for 1 single person. It can’t be split into 2 or more shorter treatments. If you’d like to book for multiple people please book a group visit.

To help you remember your booking you’ll receive a reminder e-mail the day before the treatment day.

As I’m running a hybrid massage therapy business my phone is often turned silent and sometimes during home visits I don’t have a good signal. Although I accept calls, I prefer to communicate via email to avoid any misunderstandings.

Vouchers

The vouchers are good for any of my treatments in the value of the payment. The vouchers are valid for 6 months from the purchase and they are non-refundable but they are transferable.

You can book an online voucher and get it by e-mail, or book a printed one and I’ll send it to you by Royal Mail 2nd Class. If you’re nearby, I can deliver it or you can collect it in person.

I reserve the right to change the prices and I will always inform my clients previously.

In case of pre-paid treatments or vouchers there are no extra payments, I’ll consider the original price as valid.

All payments are made by cash or BACs transfer and in case of pre-paid treatments or vouchers by Stripe.

As a qualified and experienced professional I know that the co-operation between client and therapist is essential. To provide my clients the best quality please follow the therapists’ advice. I only offer massage services. Nothing else should be expected.

The treatments are available for any person over 14 years. Minors between the age of 14 and 18 require parental consent (the does the booking parent fills and signs the registration form). Bookings from minors are not accepted.

For an ideal mobile treatment there’s a need for enough space (cca 9×12 feet or 3×4 m), temperature between 18°C-23°C, ventilation, and access to a bathroom. We prefer downstairs rooms and easy access for the treatments. Please consider that the therapist carries heavy furniture.

As I offer home visits please let me know where I can park my car, preferably as close to your home/venue as possible. If there are only pay car parks around you, some extra charge will apply.

There is no extra charge for home visits. The maximum limit for individual or couples bookings is 10 miles whereas for group bookings it is 20 miles. For individual or couple bookings of at least 90 minutes, the group booking rules apply.

No alcohol or drugs should be used before the massage treatment. If they are still used, I will cancel the booking and won’t carry out the treatment.
