Introduction

I am a mobile massage therapist based in Fitzhead, Somerset (UK).

Massage was always present in my life. My grandmother gave us her grandchildren lovely massages when we had headaches or stiff, sore backs after a tiring schoolday. I’ve learnt the first techniques from her instinctively. It took me several years though to decide to qualify.

After qualifying in Level 3 Swedish massage in 2018 I’ve started to work properly.

My main goal is to offer relaxation and prevent more serious body injuries or health conditions like strained muscles, fatigue, headache, nerve damage etc.

In the meantime I also qualified in manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) which is a very gentle treatment suitable for those who are not allowed to have Swedish/relaxing massage for some (usually medical) reason and helps to relieve lymphedema. I’ve also studied Shiatsu massage and Amma chair massage. I find them both fantastic and completely different compared to the usual western style body treatments.

I’ve studied in many parts of Europe and my studies are still not over as the more I learn the more I realise how many different types of body treatments exist.
