Introduction

I am a qualified massage therapist based in Fitzhead, Somerset (UK), offering both mobile massage treatments and appointments in treatment rooms in Wellington and Langford Budville.

Massage has been part of my life from an early age, inspired by my grandmother, who introduced me to the healing power of touch. I qualified in Level 3 Swedish Massage in 2018 and have been practising professionally since.

My aim is to promote relaxation, support overall wellbeing, and help prevent the development of musculoskeletal and stress-related conditions such as muscle tension, fatigue, and headaches.

In addition to Swedish massage, I am qualified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), a gentle technique suitable for clients who cannot receive firm massage, often for medical reasons. I have also trained in Shiatsu, Amma chair massage, Deep tissue massage, Pregnancy massage, Myofascial release techniques, Indian head massage, and Lomi Lomi massage, allowing me to tailor each treatment to individual needs.

I continue to develop my skills through ongoing professional training to ensure the highest standard of care.
